All services are performed in-home. If you or your client would be more comfortable with a woman present, a female colleague can join for an additional hourly fee.
Untangle Service
- Untangle your client from shared/family accounts
- Create fresh, new accounts with new recovery emails, phone numbers, and two-factor authentication for additional security
- Transfer photos, videos, documents, emails, etc. to new accounts
- Reset router wifi password and ensure phones, computers connect
- Coach on privacy best practices: secure password creation, two-factor authentication, secure email, messaging, file storage, etc.
- Disable cameras and other smart home equipment (optional)
- Provide and set up external hard drive for backups (optional + cost of hardware)
$250, includes the first two hours. $100 per additional hour.
Fresh Start Service
For security or mental health, it can be beneficial to completely wipe existing hardware or have a fresh start with entirely new hardware, in addition to new accounts. This includes:
- Everything from Untangle
- New laptop (Mac or PC) + setup or reinstall operating system + setup
- New phone (iPhone or Android) or reinstall operating system, new account, new phone number + setup
- Additional hardware for kids, if needed
$450 + hardware expenses. Includes the first three hours. $100 per additional hour.
Bug-Out Emergency Service
If your client needs to leave their home quickly, we can provide the technical resources to do so within 24 hours:
- New phone, phone number, durable phone case, and one month unlimited cell service
- Cell service is billed to DDS to prevent the spouse from knowing about the account
- New laptop with new email, file storage accounts installed
- Visa gift card with preloaded funds (to prevent spouse from tracking spending) (optional)
- Meet at attorney’s office or another convenient location along the Wasatch Front
$750 + expenses. Includes the first three hours. $100 per additional hour.
Digital Discovery/Evidence Gathering
- Clone devices (PC, Mac, iOS, and Android) for digital discovery
- Includes message histories from SMS, iMessage, and WhatsApp
- Drives will be securely shipped or delivered directly to your law office
$350, includes the first two hours and an external hard drive. $100 per additional hour.
